The history

Opened in October 1930, Queens remains the only permanent ice rink in central London.

It’s was the first venue used by the BBC for televised skating – over the best part of a century – has played host to elite athletes, high society partygoers and around 25 million other guests.

We think the old girl’s looking damn fine for 87.
